Once the parcel has been sent, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the parcel tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

We use Colissimo for all our shipments. Delivery times vary according to the delivery mail.

Although your jewelry has been ordered online, it is still subject to import customs clearance (outside the Schengen area, in free circulation). Customs clearance is totally out of our control, random and varies according to :

  • the quantity
  • the value of the goods, including shipping costs
  • country of origin

Each country has its own customs laws, and the duties applicable to goods and their value are defined locally. All international transport companies must comply with international customs laws.

Please note that if your parcel is refused on arrival, you will still be liable for customs charges, even though you have requested delivery and accepted the terms and conditions.
