- RETURNS (excluding sale or personalized products): If you made a mistake when ordering, you can exchange your item for another.
- REFUNDS: You can return your jewelry to us for a refund (excluding exclusions, see GTC).
As a reminder, products on sale will not be refunded or taken back.
