RETURN POLICY

  • EXCHANGE (excluding sale or personalized products): If you made a mistake when ordering, you can exchange your item for another.
  • REFUND: You can return your jewelry to us (excluding exclusions mentioned in TOS) for reimbursement.

As a reminder, products on sale cannot be exchanged but they can be refunded to you. You will be responsible for the return costs.

ARE THE COSTS OF RETURNS AT MY CHARGE?

The return costs remain your responsibility in any procedure. Remember to keep your parcel tracking number.

You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to return the item to us.
